An overseas customer sent a test Forex payment of R135 to us. The normal charge is R125 so effectively we would have received R10! The customer subsequently sent the full payment which was charged the normal forex fee & so when I phoned the Forex department to ask what I could do about this little payment, so that I didn't incur even more charges, they agreed to waiver this 2nd charge.
I was impressed with the professional way the matter was handled and the promptness with which they gave me feedback and made the payment.
