MONEY LOST VIA FOREX TRANSACTION

I did a Forex transaction (Swift) on the 13/05/2013, the money went off my account. I have a reference for this. The payment did not reflect on the other side with Barclays bank. FNB branch in Broadway Durban North could not help me, they put me on the phone to the Forex department who told me that they would trace the money and that I could expect a call back from Norma Fourie (Forex) as she would assist me in tracing the 'missing money'. That was on Monday 20/05/2013, nobody has called me bak since. The money that was transfered via Swift has still not reflected. What do I do? Accept that FNB lost the money? The only way, it would seem, to get through to FNB is by complaining, otherwise you guys don't seem to take your customers very seriously at all. Disappointed with slack service, considering leaving FNB.
