This is my second report regarding the forex department at FNB. I really don't know what to do. I made a payment using their online site on the 29 December 2012. The payment went off my account on the 3rd January 2013. My recipient has not received the funds, thus I'm ask for the funds to be recalled. After the request was put in, I'm still awaiting the return of my funds. What irks me is that I've sending e-mails to the forex complaints division but no response. I've tried calling S.Armien and J.Cuthbert but they don't answer their phones or return e-mails.
I've received an e-mail which suggests i should make contact with the foreign bank. Are they serious? Why did i pay a service fee for this transaction. All I'm asking for is for somebody at this bank to take this situation seriously and offer me some advice as a minimum. I mean waiting for my funds for 1 month, is that normal.
Is there not someone at FNB taking note of the volume of complaints against the forex department. Please guys, what do i do?
