Foreigner banking with FNB / Forex

I am German with a South African work permit and a FNB bank account. I made a forex transaction online in June which worked fine. Then the online bank system changed and my next attempt failed because of missing personal details. I sent three emails to FNB - no response. Therefore I called the FNB Forex department. R30 later I realised that the very unfriendly lady on the phone wasn't willing or couldn't help me. So I went to the branch in Mowbray on a Saturday morning, spending 30 minutes with the local consultant. It turned out that my work permit wasn't properly registered when I opened the account which caused the system to block my transaction. The lady in the branch did the transaction manually - but 2 days later the money had still not been transferred. So I send all the documents together with the reference number and a copy of the transaction to the Forex Department - more than 24 hours later - still no response. When looking into my online banking system I noticed that the whole transaction is marked with failed. Why? No one knows. No one informs me and no one seems to be willing to help. I am really disappointed of FNB.
