I have received a number of emails from FNB Forex Advisory Team to date, instructing how I should process payments using the on-line banking "Select Global Receipts sub tab". I have followed these instructions each time however, although there is an actual Forex payment due, this screen does not show the payment. I have on each occasion contacted Forex Advisory Team on 0860 1 36739 for assistance. I have also emailed [Email Removed] reporting the matter. Needless to say, the problem remains. WHAT MORE MUST ONE DO IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER?
