One month and my own money is kept away from me

On aug 23- i had my internet banking access revoked as the ATM pin had been reset by the bank themselves. They asked me to come to the branch to reset the PIN and get access back. I told them I AM OUT OF THE COUNTRY and hence cannot come to the branch.
I sent them, copy of your ID, Copies of both sides of the card, 3 Specimen Signatures. They reply back to me after many days (I pester them for updates else they wont reply) saying that my signatures do not match with whats on file.
i chellenged them on this, as I had an account opening form copy given by the branch. I scanned this doc and sent them to recheck.
They did not reply back for 15 days. I continue to make international calls (lots of money spent) and emails asking for updates.
Finally today i get an update saying -
we do not have any records of the customer and we need to verify against the records that we have. We will not be able to confirm because the account opening documents were never sent off to our Document Origination Department. At this stage we do not have any records of the customer and for us to update his details, the customer will have to come inside the branch so that we can re-identify him and rescan
