This is now my 2nd complaint with STD Bank!!! I REGRET EVERY moment of opening a new account with them. I cannot use my cards. They still did not sort the on my acc. Now I cannot get into my online banking. My card being cloned, cannot swipe, cannot log on to internet banking! PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR CURRENT BANK TO STANDARD BANK! NO customer service! I got my salary, and I do not have ANY access! The branch keeps on giving me cards which would "help" in the mean time, but NO, it does not work! DO NOT BANK WITH STANDARD BANK! I spoke to a Eugene Msibi from the div. and he was SO VERY rude. STD Bank now wants to just pay me half of MY money. I could reset my access and went into the bank, ALL my beneficiaries are gone incl. my debit orders. I lost all my acc nrs. for pmnts to be done. Alberton branch confirmed that my card was cloned but line says its false. Cannot WAIT to close this acc. Luckily got 1 couple who decided not to take out a home loan from STD Bank!! I thought this was a good Bank, but OH I was SO wrong!! STAY AWAY FROM STANDARD BANK!!! (date & time below... this has been going on for 2 months now)
