I went to the bank to open an elite account on the 8th of January. On the 14 of January I got an sms telling me that I can collect my cards (I applied for a Cheque and Credit card), when I got to the branch I applied for the account I was told that I need to go to a different branch to collect it. When I got to the branch that was suppose to have the cards and after almost an hour in the que they only ordered my credit card.

With my salary going to the new account and me sitting without a Cheque card I cannot access my salary, after more than anther hour back at the first branch (lake side) the new account was finally linked to my old account.

I sent a secure message via online banking but received no correspondence from the bank, the consultant that was opening the elite account phoned me on Tuesday 22 January to tell me that my cheque card has been ordered and that will be ready in a week or so, i asked her to enable my sms notifications on my credit card and she didi something as I received a sms telling me that my "my updates" are updated but when I used the credit card it still did not work.

In the last two days I sent the consultant at Lake side 2 emails without reply.
