ITS MY ACCOUNT!!!

Banks are just the pits!!! My ID was some time back however i do have a CERTIFIED copy of my ID and i have an affidavit from the Mondeor police station noting i lost this, I went into the South dale branch on the 2 August to get a bank statement i was advised my affidavit was uploaded onto the system for future ref until i get my new ID. I went into the JHB CBD branch at 2:30 today to get an updated bank statement and to update my details and reset my user name and ID for online banking but i cannot be assisted as i do not have my ID book with me, i have the affidavit, my certified copy of my ID, My bank card and a printed statement yet i am told i cannot be assisted on my OWN account, this is my account, my money how dare you not want to assist me. What kind of bank doesn't want to assist clients... IT IS MY ACCOUNT. Ive been with FNB since 2008 and this is what you get, UNACCEPTABLE service, I want this matter resolved as i will lodge a complaint with the banking ombudsman.. UNACCEPTABLE AND SHAMEFUL.
