I would like to commend Vicnesh who assisted me in a query regarding my insurance premium. After a comprehensive survey of my existing cover he was able to reduce my premium to an acceptable level. He also assisted me with regard to a claim for poor repairs to one of my vehicles. His attitude was professional, helpful and friendly.
