Two weeks and four visits

It started with a broken chip on my card, I went into the K90 Standard bank in Boksburg to get a new card. after confirming that I will still be able to access my internet banking with the new card number I was assured that it would be fine.

Two days later I tried to do an internet banking transfer and the login page indicated that I had the incorrect details and could not log in. I called the bank to assist me where I was told that I needed to go into the branch again and rectify. I went to the branch at K90 again and the lady at the counter told me that all my details were incorrect. I spent more than an hour in the bank updating my details and was told to wait for an e-mail to give me access, 24 hours I was told would be the longest I may have to wait...

today I tried to log in again but couldn't... I went back to the bank... the system still showed my old details??? so again I have spent an hour updating and updating... I asked the lady if I could use a terminal to log in and confirm that I could do a transfer via the internet banking but she told me that it would not be necessary as it was now sorted...

I STILL CANNOT LOG IN AND PAY MY ACCOUNT. I AM GOING TO MOVE TO FNB
