I paid off my credit card debt with Nedbank last month. I don't owe them anything and I asked that my account be closed. They still charged credit card protection on a non-exisiting account after i was assured that i will not be required to make any payment towards my credit card anymore. May Nedbank please R106 for payment protection that is currently showing on my Internet banking statement as i don't have a credit card account with them anymore!
