After MONTHS and months of Nedbank harassing me via post to take their SAA Voyager Credit Card I finally gave in and I got the credit card. After a few years I got retrenched but kept up payments and finally last year I could not keep up and made payment arrangements with them. I phoned them today about statements and WOW! I was told I am in arrears!!! After keeping me on the phone for a while they suddenly found the payments but something is wrong with the account from their side and they will come back to me. I am currently looking for work, going for interviews and people do ITC checks on me, and guess WHAT?? I get bad credit record from NEDBANK CREDIT CARD because they dont do their job! Also, after paying THOUSANDS of rands to their payment protection insurance, they only settled ONE THIRD of the outstanding account!! I wish I can sue these people, because how many potential jobs did I lose due to their incompetence!!! What about the interest that they also charged me for non payment, HOW are they going to reimburse that?? Or will I once again have to bite the bullet and just let them take my money however they wish?? I am SICK of banks f...%&^ us over!! NEDBANK!
