EFT payments not reversable

I was transferring money from my FNB cheque account to my Nedbank credit card but instead of me choosing credit card division i chose home loans but using my credit card account number as i was struggling to find credit card option, when i check with nedbank bank there was no payment reflecting on my credit card and they told me that they can see that i have made a payment but the money went to home loans, then they (Nedbank) tried to help me but after twelve days there was still no money in my credit card, then today i went to fnb dobsonville to try and make a payment reversal and this lady told me that it is not possible to reverse as i made the transaction via Internet and it is the same as I swipe my card at the shop, and i told her that fnb midrand told me that it is possible but they going to charge me R200 for that but still she insisted. Now i am frustrated as i don't know if i will loose my money or what?
