I closed my nedbank credit card in September 2013, i went today to apply for another credit facility, only to be informed that i have a credit card.
why is it that when you opne a credit card it take 1 week but to close it it takes months, as the credit card still shows on my ITC transunion record and is affecting my affordability.i do not think this is fair, as i closed my card and paid it up in full, and reqeusted closure, its now now 4 months and itc has not been updated.
Please can someone help, i can provide any person from nedbank with my credit report to confirm this.
