FNB the bank that labels you as bad payer for life

I've been with the FNB bank for years and had financial woes that made me be listed on the Credit Bureau however - I've been doing my outmost best to clear my name and regain my integrity. On 28 November 2013 I went into my branch in Bisho as during the day I had queried strange activities that were relating to debits going off which I needed to have blocked. The call centre agent assisted me however she also mentioned that I was listed as Risk 2 by FNB as I am a bad payer (this being due to my account going onto a negative due to no money in my account). I was shocked as I know for a fact that my account is always good and this was confirmed by Ms Cassim at the branch. She promised to escalate the matter to their credit division and come back to me asap. This has not yet happed - I was not given a turn around time as to when I will obtain it. Currently I want to purchase a car and now I know why I've been turned down by FNB when I asked for a loan though it is clear that I pay all by financial debts without fail (kindly view my account). I need this tag lifted and I am also disappointed that I get charged for every transaction - where is the relationship manager to guide me???
