I was in a motor vehicle accident on 4 February 2013.My car was taken to Indibano for repairs and has been there since then. David, the person in charge, after numerous promises of my vehicle being finished and ready for collection since beginning of May, has now stopped answering any questions and is always in a meeting when I/my broker phones. Since my car has been in for repairs, he only phoned me back once.
They are on the panel of Santam, but it is my humble submission that they should be removed immediately. According to them my car did not have that much damage, but it took over 4 months to repair something that is not badly damaged?!
It is totally unacceptable that Santam can allow companies like this to serve on their panel.
