We had an accident with our bakkie in the PMB area exactly 2 weeks ago... the vehicle was towed to PMB although we reside in Ballito.

In the two weeks I've had one phone call from the assessor, Morne van Zyl stating that he was awaiting a quote from the panelbeater. I've in the meantime spoken to the panel beaters and they say that they have given a quote and that they are awaiting the go ahead.

In the two weeks, between myself and our broker, we've made at least 50 calls to Santam, with no luck as yet. Not even information as to what is happening with the vehicle!! This is absolutely unacceptable!!!

Insurance premiums do not go off a day late, but when you need work to be carried out this is what happens. This is the third claim in two years that has been handled like this. The other two I've left, but this is a business vehicle and we need the car!

PATHETIC PATHETIC PATHETIC, WORTST INSURANCE COMPANY IN THIS COUNTRY!!!
