I have been mailing FNB customer service and premier@fnb for about 3 weeks now in connection with my card expiring and renewal.
I blocked my online banking account and can not get the problem fixed with out renewing my card. It is very difficult if you life outside of SA if nobody even replies to mail being send.
At this stage I will be moving my account on return to SA to a bank that can provide service to people out side of SA.
It is clear that FNB do not need my money.
