How long can it take to actually get a new bank card that was order?? definitely not 3 weeks? I have had no feedback or any response whatsoever from FNB's side. When I phone the customer care line to find out about the card, I was told from their side there was no card yet issued or ready for me at the Brooklyn branch as I have requested. Only problem is my online banking shows there has been a card issued that needs to be activated but no one seems to find a card. I spoke to the courier company (19th December) who delivers the cards just to tell me who signed for it, on the 4th of December at 12:00. Ive phoned Brooklyn to speak to someone there and all I got is all the consultants are busy and someone will phone me back... after massages left and phoning in, I still haven't spoken to anyone!!! Im very upset and disappointed in FNB cause this is not the service you advertise and Ive been a client with you for long now, this whole ordeal has been very inconvenient for me as I have no card and transferring money from one account to another is also now such an issue! this is not even mentioning the reason for getting a new card! Please fix this, I want this resolved and fast to!!
