I joined FNB in June 2013 with all the expectations I was promised by your sales department. I was told that I qualified for Premier Banking and will be assigned a personal banker. I have since been phoning, e-mailing and phoning again to find out who my contact person is because I wanted to move all our savings to your bank, apply for a new home-loan, start my share portfolio with FNB etc. etc. etc. yet I receive the same response every time telling me that my request has been sent to the Premier department and I will be contacted shortly. For me 3 months is enough time to do this? I really feel that I am not being taken seriously as a new customer and I am seriously contemplating moving all my business back to my previous bank.
I would REALLY appreciate it if I can get my account sorted out.
