Internet banking fail

Last week my internet banking was blocked for security reasons. No problem. Went to branch to have it all reset. That took about 30 mins. Was told to go home and get a new user and password using credit card info. First problem- everything was INVALID which is rubbish. Next day I went back to bank to sort it out. Took 1 hour and had to erase my entire profile and set up a new one. All because the profile was CORRUPT on the bank side. Even in the bank i could not transfer money or do anything. Went home and tried. Nothing as always. Called online banking- was told to activate at ATM with card. Did that. Nothing works. No inprovement at all. I still cant do anything aside from view my account summary. This is becoming a nightmare. I guess I do not have to pay my credit card at the end of the month as I cant do a transfer?
How can we help you? Allow your long time customers to actually use their interner banking! Tomorrow the Bank MUST fix this disaster. Fix it now, no more excuses
