Terrible service

I was convinced to join the platinum card with a promise of premier banker to assist and make me a priority. My current credit card expired so upgraded, when the 1st card came the atm swallowed it so they sent me a 2nd card so decided to rather sort the card out at one of the branches, the atm kept rejecting the card no matter what the personal in the bank tried so then they phoned fnb who tried also no luck the atm still kept on saying the card cant be read so eventually they said it must be the card and ordered a 3rd card when that one eventually came it was the same story so all they said was the problem would be escalated and they will phone me well 2 days and no call. this has been a major inconvenience for me riding up and down to the bank and all the calls now i sit with nothing and no assistance this whole event has been n going for 2 weeks.
Secondly i tried using the premier banking on the website i got a email after the query saying they would get back to me within 1 business working day well its been 4 business days and no reply.
