On the 16th of October 2013, an Unauthorised transaction went through my Bank Account, I phoned Premier Banking and they send me documents to complete, I sent it back and no response was send back from FNB Premier Banking, After a day the money was refunded and the next day my account was debited with the same Amount, Unauthorised. I Send a email back to Premier Banking, with no reply, I logged onto FNB Website and sent a message from there, with response " We will get back to you within one working day", Today is day three, with no response. I am very disappointed with your service FNB, Must I go to BEEP bank?
