There are not enough words. But lets try:

Went overseas, was told I would be able to use my card with no problem. Visited the bank THREE times to ensure that this would be the case. Constantly reassured. Arrive overseas? Account gets blocked. No one can rectify the problem. Was left with no money for 3 whole weeks. Returned and got told I was supposed to fill out forms. A while later, I update an account. First, I can't pay with the new card. Had to return to the bank, got a new card, went through the whole shabang. Time to do online banking. Surprise! No access.

Deplorable state of affairs I tell you. I'm tired. Patience has run out. But thank you, nonetheless, for the friendly service.
