Account emptied for the 5th time, due to a "fault"

Hi,

My cheque card was used couple of months ago when thousands of rands worth of prepaid electricity was bought by an unknown person. The case was reported and I eventually got my money back. Since then the refund has been reversed 4 times. Each time I was left completely broke for two days. Now its the end of the month and its happened for the 5th time. I an unable to pay my rent and all my debit orders will bounce.

I've previously reported my problem here: https:///standard-bank/complaints/issues-after--on-account-1191676 . I was assured that the problem was sorted and I decided to keep my account.

This has not only been a massive inconvenience, but it has also emotionally taxing. Please tell me, what am I supposed to do? Will I ever be able to rest easy knowing that thousands of rands won't magically disappear from my account?
