I have been a loyal customer of nedbank for the last 10years they up graded me to a check account promissing me the world but never recived any f these things, i lost my card so i went into the bank to get a new card only to be told they cannot give me a card as my account is over drawn, this is all new to me as i do not have over draft on any of my accounts with them, i explaned i was getting paid tomorrow all they could say was was well come in tomorrow never minf the fact that i have i work and we all know time is money i have never been so upset and unhappy im in the customer service myself and i would never treat a customer like this, you have lost a loyal customer as i am moving to FNB because this is the last straw
