I submitted a claim on 28 of august for geyser burst. Assessor arived the same day to assess the damage and plumber replace the geyser the same day. The assessor told me that they need to replace the ceiling because it is damage. Since the 28 of august i havent heard from outsurance regarding the replacement of the ceiling. After several calls to the call centre they told me that Outsurance approved the replacement of the ceiling but what make me furious is that Outsurance never phone me back regarding the ceiling. I had to phone them all the time to give me feedback on the situation. I dont know when anyone will come to replace the ceiling. I spoke to the call centre a log a complained and they provided me with a reference number but no one phone me back. I just want to know if they had instruct any company yet regarding the ceiling to replace the latter. I am a Outsurance client for 10 years and receive outbonus twice and this is how they treat a loyal client. I consider cancelling my contract with outsurance. Outsurance ignore its loyal clients. I will never ever refer outsurance to any family member or friend again. Next step is insurance ombud.
