For the second time my Nedbank card has been cloned, the first time I reported it, R50 was taken from my account 3 times (probably just to test). I blocked the card & I was assured that someone would contact me and to date there has not been a call, email or text message informing me on the status of the transactions! I was assured that the card was blocked and issued with a new card which of course I had to pay for! Turns out, nobody actually blocked this account!

On Friday I received an SMS while at work telling me that NEDBANK CONFIRMS a transaction of R4 999, 99! Naturally I call the bank to find out what's going on and they tell me that because the amount isn't authorized there is nothing that they can do today other than block my card & I should call again tomorrow! Funny that Standard Bank can reverse a transaction while Nedbank waits for the money to be with the merchant before they can actually trace the transaction??

Today I go into the bank speak straight to the branch Manager who tells me everything I want to hear barring the fact that it's can take UP TO 10 WEEKS BEFORE I POSSIBLY GET MY MONEY BACK! FNB takes between 7 to 20 days to be refunded! This servi
