I called in to Nedbank call centre today to query a refund that was apparently made to my credit card last week but is not showing up in my Nedbank credit card statement.

The security questions asked by the CC agent to access my account were absolutely ridiculous. How would I know or why would I care whether I receive my credit card statement via the postal service or my email?
Also, how would I know when and what the last transaction made on credit card account was?

This is insignificant detail in my busy life, very much like it is for every tax-payer across the country. I don't know the answers to these irrelevant questions. I just want to know where in the system my money is while Nedbank's inferior, non-customer centric processes refuses me access to my own information.
