NEDBANK LOST MONEY THAT WAS PAID INTO CREDITCARD

I paid my credit card on 1 Nov 13 from my Nedbank checque account as I do every month.by monday 4 Nov 13 nothing reflected. Thats when I started phoning to find out what is going on. It is now friday 8 Nov 13 14h02, I have had to phone Nedbank every day multiple times as no one gets back as they promised. to date Nedbank doesnt know where the money is and I get told to phone someone else the whole time. I went to the branch and same answer. This has now resulted in debit orders that have not gone through as I had to use money from my checque acc to pay for things that was supposed to be paid with my credit card!! Then I get a sms from Nedbank telling me that my Credit card has not been paid??? WORST SERVICE EVER!!! How can they lose your money??? And then no one knows where it is? Best thing when I asked to speak to a manager, I was put on hold for about 10 minutes, then cut off!!
