Ive been on a platinum account for some time, and recently had to change my card as i never got benefits. ok fine it was in the cost guide or whatever. now everytime i call ebucks to figure a way of earning more they advise. and so i started earning over 300 points pm and they said it would allow me to earn benefits without having to earn 300en every month for 6 months. and this new system of losing old points just kills the bnefits too.
i did complain on the contact us form and as usual no response... sooo better hello peter to get some feedback...
