FNB gets card swiping benefits...none for me
I recently changed jobs and now earn a lesser salary than what qualifies for a platinum card, and it's benefits. I have not been earning my ebucks and fuel rewards for some time and when I called and enquired why I was told that I don't earn enough to get the benefits of a platinum card anymore. FNB had someone call me to upgrade when the going was good. But no one calls when I need benefits the most now that I am in a lesser earning bracket. And what about all my lost ebucks for using my card???? I sent two messages online to fnb and have not received any response...I then went into the bank and downgraded my card after standing in a queue and left....strange how you can upgrade on the phone. Strange that got a message saying they will be upping my monthly premium...nice communication. I have always loved FNB but now see that you are just another bank with fancy loud mouth adverts. Thanks FNB for kicking your customers when they down....
