I saw im not earning ebucks on my business account, but left it. I thought its going to fix its self, when i gone online again i still didn't earn ebucks so i called the ebucks help line to find out why i don't earn any points. They informed me that the conditions changed! So my business don't qualify because my personal banker manager didn't marked my profile for marketing. So due to her i lost out on all my my ebucks points since 06/2012 till present day. All i want is for them to correct their mistake and give me all my points that i earned.
