Hi

every month i get sms from ebucks telling me how many ebucks i earn with my normal card purchases and fuel purchases
this month i have never received anything from them i sent 3 mails already to tell me where the sms is
i went from 2900 to 3100 ebucks but i put in a load of petrol roughly about R3000 and still no ebucks
this is one of the reasons i moved from ABSA to FNB i have had a good experience with FNB until now i am not sure if its working on the mails they receive but they need to read what is requested.
EVERY SINGLE MONTH I GOT EBUCKS now i dont what is going on below is the response i got

Kindly note our records show that you have 3600 points which is why you have not earned eBucks from your FNB Cheque account as you need to ensure that you have at least 5000 points in order to fall under a tier, as the percentage of eBucks you earn is based on the tier you fall into.

The tiers are as follows:
5000 - 9999 points will give you 0.4% back
10 000 - 13999 points will give you 0.6% back
14 000 - 15999 points will give you 0.8% back *maximum rate for Smart Cheque Accounts
16 000 - 18499 points will give you
