I have an Ebucks account, I have noticed over the past couple of months I havent been earning Ebucks on all my purchases as I always used to, infact, I have been using more and more of the Ebucks partners so that I can earn Ebucks. I called E Bucks today to advise them that I notice that I am not being credited with my ebucks only to be told that someone has deactivated my EBUCKS account? I asked the person that I spoke to, who did this, he was not able to? I asked him if I could speak to someone who could advise me, he rudely advised that I must call FNB, I then told him that my issue is with EBUCKS, he blatently said that there is nothing that he can do? I am extremely disappointed, because I should have earned quite a bit of Ebucks, and would like to be reimbursed for all the Ebucks that is due to me, I certainly did not deactivate my Ebucks account. This is totally unacceptable. Here I am ranting and raving about FNB to my Friends, only to find out that I am being??? I would like the manager of EBUCKS to call me and to sort this out!!!
