I have been reading up on how to earn more points to lift my reward level, and I came across quite a few things that I do, and have but I don't earn points for that. Example: I have an active FNB Credit card but never received my 100 points per month. My statement is emailed to me, never received my points, I'm with FNB and e bucks for years, never received points, I don't get points when I go through electronic channels instead of bank. This is mentioning a few. I should have had thousands of points by now???
Can someone please contact me and explaine why I did not receive these points? I have emailed ebucks directly but no reply from their side!!!
