EBucks failing to allocate earn points

Hi

It clearly states on the eBucks terms and conditions that points are allocated by the 8th of each month. However, my points are yet to be allocated to me for September (today is the 9th) and with these points I will be moved up to a higher earn level. Ironically, I have just logged into my eBucks account and have instead been moved to a lower earn level! Please tell me how this is possible, am I missing something here???

Clearly, this is potentially me of significant eBucks as the earn rates differ substantially between levels. It is also very fitting for eBucks that this occurs as I will be moving to a higher rewards level and have substantially increased my spending, something that definitely comes across as very devious.
