I have always heard the Dischem Tellers question of whether I had an Ebucks card or not and eventually
decided to reactivate my old Ebucks card just for my numerous DisChem purchases. That was really fun (And another story) - After I got the Ebucks Card activated again I started to use it and all seemed fine.

The Dischem teller uses your payment card first and then swipes your Dischem card and then your Ebucks card. All appeared OK...

Now about 2 months later however I find out that my Ebucks account is still ZERO!? - I contacted Ebucks and they said to go to Dischem. I went to Dischem, they printed me the slips involved (I only had the Card slips) but it does not state anything of Ebucks on it. Only your benefits card which is your Dischem Card.

It appears the two benefit Cards cannot work together and that this is a! I did another Dischem transaction with the Dischem staff just to make sure and same result! I cannot proof, other than our words, that my Ebucks card was swiped so I am now robbed of those points. Unacceptable. This is not the service/ I expect from either Dischem or Ebucks!
