On the 27th of January my house was registered. 4 days after you hit me with a first instalment. I phone your callcentre to ask why it is like this. they could not answer me properly.
You also did not change my postal address as you were suppose to. Sending letters (to the wrong address) and sms's threatening me of no payment.
Please get somebody senior (competent) to phone me as your normal callcentre staff does not have the ability to work with accounts.
