Capitec Bank Consultant broke my ATM Bank card further!!!

I went to Pick 'n Pay Somerset Mall yesterday 19.09.2013. I used my ATM card to check my Bank Balance @ the Tillpoint. I then noticed my ATM card had a crack running down horizontally inside the black magnetic strip. The card was still working; but must've been defective as it had this crack within the black magnetic stripe. Luckily there is a Capitec Bank Branch at the Somerset Mall. I then immediately went to the Bank to report that my ATM card was broken/defective. I was No:191 and was seen by the very bad-attituded and idiotic Consultant white male at booth No 7. I explained and showed him the problem. He then promptly took my ATM card and further started bending and breaking it along that original crack - now made wider and longer by him!!! He did this all on his own and without my PERMISSION!!! He said I needed to then PAY R35.00 for a 'Replacement Card', again all of which he did neither beforehand ask or notify me of this; as well as the R35.00 'charge'!!! This I then immediately refused and said to the that I will NOT pay it!! However; the damage had already been done!! I want Capitec Bank now to rectify this situation by replacing my defective and now damaged furthe
