"How can we help you waste money? "

I have had my FNB account for a few years now. It's always been a savings account and I've always been happy with my account options. In May 2013, I started a new job and decided to upgrade my account to a gold cheque account online (this was supposed to be easy). I've always wondered where my money was going but always thought it was me that was over spending, apparently not! FNB felt that they needed to change my option to some ridiculous option where I'd pay R200 to R300 a month in service fees!!! Without my consent. Now, I apparently can't get a reversal on these fees, which I feel is absurd. I've always been on the unlimited option, who gave FNB the right to take me off this option just because I upgraded my account online?? I thought the online option was for convenience, apparently it's for!
