LOST FOR WORDS

As hard and sad as I am today I took a decision to close my Capitec Savings account including my son's as I went to the Goodwood branch yesterday & could not be assisted as I refused to change my son's Capitec card to one of the new ones. I have been banking with Capitec bank for 4 years now and I am happy with the next to nothing bank charges, but I refuse to be bullied into making a decision that I am not comfortable with at the moment as for the consultant saying that I cannot be assisted if I do not change my card was the last straw. I would rather go pay ridicous bank charges than feel unappreciated. So as of next month my salary will be paid at Absa bank, am so sorry that we have to aprt ways like these all because of 1 branch. Strangely I could be assisted without a "sales pitch" of changing my card.
