Absolutely Pathetic Capitec, I will be moving banks

This all started yesterday 3rd July. I went to buy a few things in pick n pay, and my card refused to work on two terminals, so I thought while capitec woodmead was just a walk away I would see what was wrong.
First im told to pay for a new card, when mine was only 3 months old, and no damage. The chip just stopped working. They replaced the card and the capitec system went down, i was there for 2 working hours of my day, im told this is a daily problem. Fix it.. I then went on a date last night only to suffer the embarrassment of my card not working, all atms would say insufficient funds, funny since there is many thousands in there. And cherry on the top is I get 3 smses @ 11pm. What the!!! I am so disgusted in the service, I will be sending an official compalin to head office and a bill for my time and expenses incurred by my card being offline.
What kind of ship are you poeple running here? And shall the system go down, and you dont have a card, the branch cant help you becuase they carry no cash. While capitec may be cost effective at R4.50 a month, my bank charges were R161 last month. I hardly withdrew just swipped.
