Good morning

Kindly assist in escalating this matter to the relevant people who are willing to assist as its like I am fighting a losing battle alone here.

Since from my first complaint still no positive result or solution has been provided and I tried sending e-mails to 'Mthokozo Mtwa' [Email Removed]

For any feedback couple of times but its like He ignores them like nothing. He called me after I escalated the matter the high people of the company.

May you kindly assist with at least advising me what alternative steps I can take to have this matter resolved please.
