Withdraw money on the STD bank ATM with the Capitec Card on the 26/09, machine swallowed my card and R2000.00 went off my account. i immidiatetly called Capitec to stop my card and STD bank to advise them of the problem. went to Capitec bank branch and they told me the matter will be investigated and will take 30 working days to give me feedback... why so long? called them on the 27/09 and i was advise my query has not been processed yet, it has not even been escalated with STD bank... there service is pathetic.
