Charged for their faulty Card

On the 11th January 2013, I went to Capitec bank Dobsonville brach to complaint abount the fault card that I recieved on the 31st December 2012 from Capitec bank Protea Glen. I explained that I cannot draw money from the ATM with the card, the machine returns it. I was given a faulty card from Protea Glen as the card was giving errors when the consultant was swiping it, however than used a chip and it work.

On the 11th January I tried to draw money for the first time from ATM using the card, and the machine returned it. i went into the branch and I told them, and i was told that they are going to issue me a new card and I will be charged R35 and I will be funded the next day. Up to now Capitec Bank has not refunded me, they just decided to charged me twice for card.
