I have opened global one account with capitec and I was happy so far. Until I asked them to add 1 more card to my global one account for my wife which they gladly did for R35 charge - fine. The card was issued faulty out of the box!! It asks for a pin 5 to 10 times every time my wife does swipe purchases, regardless of which store she goes to - and this is annoying and I was tempted to cancel it. I went back to capitec to have the card fixed, to which they replied they CAN NOT FIX IT, but can only cancel it and issue another card at another charge of R35. R35 is little money but as a matter of principle it is unfair for capitec to charge me gain for the card they issued faulty out of the box. Please assist. Thanyani
