As I type here I am sitting at the fourways capitec branch.
I entered the bank for a replacement card at 9am almost 2 hours later I still do not have a new card. The teller has cut up my old card before issuing a new one. I have a flight at 2 pm and now the systems down and I have no card or cash so cannot take my flight
Will Capitec be refunding me for my losses
