I SERIOUSLY NEED TO BANK ELSEWHERE - NOT CAPITEC

On Monday 2nd because of convenience, which I will tell you about later, I use my Capitec card at a Standard Bank ATM in Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch... I have done this many times before... Capitec ATM gives a max of R4000 at any one time, Standard Bank gives R5000. The ATM machine "swallows" my card... so there I stand... No money, no card & not even a slip from the machine... just a RED screen message which says the ATM is "Buite Werking" I make my way to Capitec Eikestad to report the incident and receive a Inceident number, at this point it is evident that the R5000 has been deducted and Standard Bank service fee of R7. The next day after calls to Standard Bank, they acknowledge the fault on the ATM, confirm that the ATM had an over-balance of R5000 and are now willing to resolve the issue by paying back the R5000 inot my account... HOWEVER... Capitec, MY OWN BANK... who you'd think would have my best interests at heart are "slagging" it's been a whole week and I'm subject to who knows what procedures... some call centre guy... 2 days at Capitec tells me I have to wait 45 days... PUTRID, DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE... DUH-UH... Standard Bank are willing to pay me back, C'MON CAPITEC...
